DIRECTIONS: Safely Dilute 3:1 for matted coat and up to 7:1 for normal coat. Contains Patented Odor Neutralizing Compound. Use Ultra "Dirty" Wash first to remove any excess dirt and grime. Apply Ultra "Dirty" Plenish directly to any matted areas and let penetrate for 5 minutes. Massage Ultra "Dirty" Plenish into the coat and skin for maximum penetration and superior conditioning. Rinse thoroughly. You may also apply Best Shot Finishing Spray afterwards to hydrate the coat speed drying time de-tangle and reduce static.
