The Equisential Smooth Snaffle Teardrop Bit features a teardrop cheek that is unique that for a short shank. It has quite a bit of weight so the horse carries it well and provides good balance. The teardrop shape is designed to provide slight rein slide which provides the horse with a pre-signal before engaging the mouthpiece.
