Designed to promote healing and reduce inflammation, these wraps offer compression while dissipating heat and alleviating pain. Simply wet the wraps, wring out the excess, and freeze for 30 to 40 minutes for an effective cooling treatment. If a freezer isn't available, store them in a cooler with ice and water for use when needed.
Always ensure the wraps are dry when not in use. Do not leave in the freezer for extended periods without sealing in an airtight bag. Check for proper fit before use to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
